BlizzCon 2026 runs on 12 and 13 September, with two What's Next panels for World of Warcraft

BlizzCon 2026 takes place on 12 and 13 September at the Anaheim Convention Center. For World of Warcraft there are two What’s Next panels, a Deep Dive and a Hardcore panel. Watching the streams earns in-game rewards, according to Blizzard.

Streams

Blizzard streams part of the programme for free on the Warcraft channels on Twitch and YouTube. That includes the Opening Ceremony, the main panels and the esports finals.

Musical performances and some other segments are only shown in the hall, according to the viewership guide on blizzcon.com. The performance by Le Sserafim at the end of day two is one of them.

Day one, 12 September

The Opening Ceremony starts at 19:30 Belgian time. World of Warcraft: What’s Next follows at 21:00 and What’s Next II at 23:45. Building Cutscenes in World of Warcraft starts at 23:00, the Developers x Creators Showcase at 00:30 and BlizzCon Community Night at 01:45.

Day two, 13 September

Day two opens at 19:00 Belgian time with the World of Warcraft: Deep Dive. Crafting Coziness and Creative Freedom follows at 19:45, World Building at 20:45 and Art Design at 22:15. The Design Deep Dive starts at 23:45 and World of Warcraft Hardcore: What’s Next at 01:15.

Rewards for watching

Eligible Warcraft streams on Twitch and the official World of Warcraft channel on YouTube unlock rewards at 2, 4, 8 and 12 hours of watch time. Eligibility differs per game, stream and platform, according to Blizzard. Visitors in the hall have to link their BlizzCon Pass to a Battle.net account by 18 September, or they lose the rewards.

The World of Warcraft BlizzCon Bundle contains the Rabbit’ath flying mount, the Garb of the Dawnfire Phoenix ensemble and the Perch of the Dawnfire Phoenix as housing decor. It is sold in the Battle.net Shop until 28 September.

Esports

The MDI 2026 Grand Finals are played on day one, with the championship match at 02:30 Belgian time. The AWC 2026 Grand Finals follow on day two, with the final at 02:00. The two events share a prize pool of 600,000 dollars.
