The way in for new level 90 characters in the last phase: the Celestial Dungeons drop Siege of Orgrimmar loot at Normal item level.

Items come from the Celestial Dungeons; the bosses listed are the matching Siege of Orgrimmar bosses.

Enchants and gems are the same as in the Siege of Orgrimmar list, from the same patch.

Rune of Re-Origination from Lei Shen in Throne of Thunder is still best in slot for Feral. It does not drop in the Celestial Dungeons: run Throne of Thunder for it, or take a Normal Agility trinket from Siege of Orgrimmar.
