The way in for new level 90 characters in the last phase: the Celestial Dungeons drop Siege of Orgrimmar loot at Normal item level.

This list uses the best-in-slot items at Normal item level, from the Celestial Dungeons.

Enchants and gems are the same as in the Siege of Orgrimmar list, from the same patch.

Unerring Vision of Lei Shen from Throne of Thunder is still best in slot for Demonology. It does not drop in the Celestial Dungeons: run Throne of Thunder for it, or take a Normal trinket from Siege of Orgrimmar.
