Notes

The way in for new level 90 characters in the last phase: the Celestial Dungeons drop Siege of Orgrimmar loot at Normal item level, so you gear straight for Siege of Orgrimmar.

Enchants and gems are the same as in the Siege of Orgrimmar list, from the same patch.

Weapons: option 1 is the Titan's Grip pair (two two-handed weapons), option 2 the Single-Minded Fury pair (two one-handed weapons).
