Field Researcher's Loop now fits every class

Field Researcher’s Loop, a reward for collecting books in World of Warcraft: Forever, is no longer for Rogues only. Every class can now wear the ring, writes Wowhead. In the beta build of 1 October it also loses its Strength.

Players find books all over the world in Forever, and handing them in unlocks new quests. At 20 books comes Greater Friend of the Library, which lets you choose one of two rings. Field Researcher’s Loop is one of them. Which ring is the other, Wowhead does not say.

What changes on the ring

The files of the build confirm the change. The class restriction is gone, the item level drops from 40 to 35, and Strength disappears from the ring:

Before Now
Classes Rogue all
Item level 40 35
Stats 7 Strength, 7 Agility, 7 Stamina 7 Agility, 7 Stamina

Blizzard did not list the change in the notes of the build. The tooltip on Wowhead itself still shows older values.

Collecting 20 books

Which books are the easiest to get, a Wowhead user worked out as an Alliance player in a comment on the Scholarly Pendant. Now that the beta runs to level 30, several of those books are easier to reach, according to Wowhead.
