Group finder asks for a playstyle first
The Looking For Group panel on the beta of World of Warcraft: Forever has a new required field. Before players can list themselves for a dungeon, they pick a playstyle. There are four options: Learning, Relaxed, Competitive and Carry Offered.

The choice sits in a dropdown at the top of the panel, above the list of dungeons. Without a playstyle, a player cannot queue. The text field for more details about the group stays optional.
The labels come from the modern game. In World of Warcraft: Midnight, groups in the premade group finder already show Learning, Relaxed or Competitive, mostly for Mythic+ keys.

Forever has no Mythic+ and no timed dungeons. What Competitive means for a dungeon in Forever, Blizzard has not explained.
Carry Offered is the fourth option. A carry is usually a paid service, often for gold. Blizzard does not allow GDKP raids in Forever. Whether paid carries are allowed, is not known.
When the field came to the beta, and whether it also applies to raids, is not known either.
