Horde and Alliance race through an escape room

Blizzard streams an escape room contest between a Horde team and an Alliance team on 23 October. The show runs on the official Warcraft channels on Twitch and YouTube. The final room is inspired by the Scarlet Monastery.

The show is called World of Warcraft: Forever presents Escape Together. Real-world champions of both factions first face off in a series of head-to-head challenges. Then they face their final test together.

The Scarlet Monastery as an escape room

That last test is an escape room inspired by the Scarlet Monastery, the stronghold of the fanatics of the Scarlet Crusade. Who takes part and at what time the stream starts, Blizzard did not say in the announcement; it promised to share both later.

The room in Toronto

Fans in Toronto could try the room themselves. It stood at Escape Manor on King Street from 8 to 11 October. Whether the room travels to other cities is not known.
