Stitches attacks players in Duskwood again on the beta of World of Warcraft: Forever. Johnny Cash, Principal Game Designer at Blizzard, said so on X on 5 October. After a beta build last week, the elite had been neutral by mistake.
There is one catch. Stitches is still neutral when he spawns and only turns hostile once he reaches the road, says Cash.
Stitches is a level 35 elite abomination. He walks the road through Duskwood to Darkshire and usually kills every low player in his path. Last week he walked past them, and Cash called that unintended at the time, as in the earlier post. In which build the fix landed, Cash does not say.
