Raid items are from the 25-player Heroic version.
Tier set: Sanctified Bloodmage, with San'layn Ritualist Gloves instead of the tier gloves.
Head, shoulders, chest and legs come from the 25-player Tier 10 token, Vanquisher's Mark of Sanctification, which drops from the bosses of the last wing and The Lich King.
All three Mage specs share these enchants and gems.
