A blip in the multiverse clones NPCs and mobs

For a short time this evening, NPCs and mobs in World of Warcraft: Forever stood in the world several times over. Quest givers had clones, and some areas suddenly had far more monsters than normal. Blizzard announced in a server message that it is fixing every zone:

[SERVER] Greetings! There was a slight blip in the multiverse. We are in the process of de-blipping all zones now.

The copies seem to come from the layers: one copy per layer, all visible in the same world at once. In Silverpine Forest, Dalar Dawnweaver stood there four times, with the names stacked on top of each other.

What to do

Nothing, Blizzard fixes it zone by zone. Until then, take care in areas with more monsters than usual, because a pull can be much bigger than you expect. Earlier today Blizzard also promised to make empty layers busier.
