Camp buffs do not stack with class buffs

Every camp buff in World of Warcraft: Forever is a variant of a class buff and does not stack with it. Blizzard explains Camping in a new blog post, with the numbers for each tradeskill. A campfire from Cooking holds up to three objects from other players.

How a camp works

A cook places a Basic Campfire. Nearby players can each add one camp object from their tradeskill, up to three in total. Anyone who sits or crafts at the camp for at least 1 minute gets the benefits of the other objects there.

Every camp object needs a campfire nearby, and all of them share a cooldown of 1 hour. Cooks later learn larger campfires that hold 5 or even 10 objects. Other tradeskills unlock workstations such as the Alchemy Laboratory and the Tanning Rack.

A quest early in the game introduces the system. From skill 20, the first camp objects come from quests in the starting zones or from a trainer. Objects that need skill 140 or more drop in dungeons and raids.

What each tradeskill gives

Tradeskill Object Buff Does not stack with
First Aid First Aid Kit 3 to 56 Stamina Power Word: Fortitude
Fishing Fish Bowl 8% to all stats Blessing of Kings
Alchemy Mana Well 10 to 29 Mana every 5 seconds Blessing of Wisdom
Blacksmithing Sharpening Wheel 6 to 34 Strength Strength of Earth Totem
Enchanting Enchanted Lute 28 to 260 Armor, up to 13 to all stats and 22 to all resistances Mark of the Wild
Herbalism Incense Candle 2 to 25 Intellect Arcane Intellect
Skinning Camp Chair 2% crit with spells and attacks Moonkin Aura
Tailoring Faction Banner 14 to 32 Spirit, for your own faction Divine Spirit
Leatherworking Camp Tent Rested experience up to 5% of a level Nothing
Engineering Reagent Bot No buff: buy reagents Nothing

The ranges depend on your level. The Camp Tent does nothing if your Rested experience is already above 5% of a level.

Blizzard calls the table a sample. Mining is missing from it; in the beta, its Lodestone gives melee Attack Power. Every object, its materials and the blueprints for tier 2 and 3 are in the camping guide.

Not every spot is safe

Blizzard advises choosing a campsite with care, because danger can still find a player who stops. On a PvP ruleset, enemy players can come upon the camp.
