The Attack! now waits until your group is ready

Alliance players no longer wait in line in the garden of Stormwind Keep in World of Warcraft: Forever. The quest The Attack! now waits until your group is ready, and you can pick up and share it while the event is running.

What changes

In Classic, the event started the moment one player accepted the quest from Tyrion. Only group members standing nearby could accept it along with them. Everyone else had to wait until Lord Gregor Lescovar and Marzon the Silent Blade had finished their talk and were killed, which made for long lines at busy hours.

In Forever:

• after you accept the quest, Tyrion gets an extra line, “I’m ready when you are!”, and the event only starts when you choose it;
• you can pick up the quest even while the event of another group is running;
• you can share it during the event, so a group with room can take in more players.

Where it sits in the chain

The Attack! is part of the long Defias chain that starts with The Unsent Letter in The Deadmines and runs through The Stockade. Tyrion gives the quest from level 16, the quest itself is level 31, and it is worth 1,900 experience. After The Head of the Beast and Brotherhood’s End, the chain ends with An Audience with the King. The reward is Seal of Wrynn, a ring with Strength, Agility, Stamina, Intellect and Spirit.
