Entrance. In the canals of Stormwind City, near the Mage Quarter, at /way 50.4 66.2. Stairs lead down to the portal, with Warden Thelwater just outside.

All six quests are for the Alliance. Four of them can be shared. Warden Thelwater, just outside the entrance, hands out two; the others start in Stormwind, Lakeshire, Darkshire and Dun Modr, so collect them on the way.

The Stockade Riots is part of a long chain: it starts with An Unsent Letter from Edwin VanCleef in The Deadmines, and Baros Alexston in Stormwind sends you on to the Warden with Bazil Thredd. After this quest the chain continues in Stormwind.

In Stormwind the chain passes Tyrion in the garden of Stormwind Keep, for The Attack!. Since the launch that event waits until your group is ready, and you can pick up and share the quest while another group is busy (our post). At the end, An Audience with the King gives Seal of Wrynn.
