Entrance. Through the central courtyard of Dire Maul in the middle of Feralas: a door on the east wall, a door from Eldreth Row, or the back door at the Lariss Pavilion with the Crescent Key.
The loot list follows the dungeon journal that Blizzard made for Dire Maul in Classic, and only items that exist in the Forever data appear as cards. None of the 24 items of the four bosses is in that data yet. Whether Blizzard changes the loot for Forever or the items simply are not in the data yet, is not known.
