Entrance. Through the portal of Blackrock Spire, high in Blackrock Mountain: the door next to the meeting stone, then the path up.
The loot list follows the dungeon journal that Blizzard made for Blackrock Spire in Classic, and only items that exist in the Forever data appear as cards. Two of the 37 items are in that data: Blackcrow from Shadow Hunter Vosh’gajin and Worg Carrier from Quartermaster Zigris. Whether Blizzard changes the rest for Forever or those items simply are not in the data yet, is not known.
