Tailoring leveling guide
Tailoring in MoP Classic runs from 525 to 600 on Windwool Cloth, which drops from humanoids all over Pandaria, so it pairs well with any gathering tradeskill. Make about 100 Bolts of Windwool Cloth first: the rest of the route uses them all. Counts are approximate: a recipe can turn green a few points earlier or later.

| Windwool Cloth | 485 |

The Contender’s Silk Cuffs pattern costs a Spirit of Harmony, and it is enough to reach 600.

Trainers and tips
- Zen Master Tailoring is taught by the tailoring trainers in the capital cities from character level 80, so you do not have to travel to Pandaria for it. Silkmaster Tsai at the Silken Fields in Valley of the Four Winds also teaches it.
- Imperial Silk can only be made at the Silken Fields in the middle of Valley of the Four Winds and has a daily cooldown.
- During the Darkmoon Faire, the tailoring quest there gives 5 extra points.
