Raid items are from the 25-player Heroic version and the Argent Crusade Tribute Chest. These are the Alliance versions; the Horde versions are worth the same.
The items are the Alliance versions. The Horde gets the same items with other names and looks, from the same bosses and the Argent Crusade Tribute Chest, at the same item level.
Rings and trinkets are ranked: the best option is in slot 1.
Enchants and gems are the same as in phase 4: the stat priorities do not change between phases.
