Dans Cata Classic, Inscription monte de 450 à 525 avec la Blackfallow Ink et l’Inferno Ink obtenues en moulant les herbes de Cataclysm, ce qui fait d’Herbalism le partenaire naturel. Les deux dernières étapes coûtent cher : amassez tôt de la Volatile Life. Les quantités sont approximatives : une recette peut passer au vert quelques points plus tôt ou plus tard.

La Blackfallow Ink se fait avec de l’Ashen Pigment. Les Burning Embers sont le pigment rare de la mouture, et deux donnent une Inferno Ink : les dernières étapes en demandent environ 28. Les parchemins s’achètent chez les vendeurs de fournitures, et la relique demande aussi un matériau spécial de l’hôtel des ventes.

- Les trois recettes d’Origami tombent à Vashj’ir, Deepholm et Uldum. Une recette ne tombe plus tant que vous l’avez dans vos sacs ou à la banque.
- Les Forged Documents ne coûtent qu’une Blackfallow Ink et un Resilient Parchment mais se font une fois par jour : une voie bon marché mais lente pour 510-520. Dust of Disappearance peut remplacer Origami Slime.
