Dalaran gets battlemasters and level 55 sentries
The last beta build of World of Warcraft: Forever changed a lot in Dalaran. Arcane Sentries are now level 55 elites, battlemasters stand in the Underbelly, and Alliance players get a new quest. The portal from Stormwind to Dalaran appears to be gone.
Dalaran opened for the Alliance earlier in the beta. The changes came in the last build before the beta closed on 23 October.
Guards and trainers
The Arcane Sentries are more prominent around the city. They are now level 55 elites.

Kirin Tor Guards now point the way. They show the orphanage, the inn, the mailbox, the profession trainers, the barbershop, the stables and the transmogrifier.

Besides profession trainers, Dalaran also has class trainers. Among them are a Druid trainer and a Mage trainer.

Battlemasters in the Underbelly
The Underbelly now has battlemasters for every battleground, also for the new Darkspear Islands. "Baroness" Llana, the Arena Organizer in
Wrath of the Lich King, is the Alterac Valley Battlemaster in Forever.

A quest for the Alliance
Alliance players find a new quest in Dalaran: Past Due from Magus Olvek. A mage named Doan took a book out of the old Dalaran library before the Third War and never returned it. Players retrieve The Lost Magic of the Runemasters from Arcanist Doan, the last boss of the Scarlet Monastery Library.
The reward is a choice between Salve and
Salvation and Knucklebound Thimble. Magus Olvek is known from the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game.

The portal to Stormwind
The portal from Dalaran to Stormwind still exists. The portal back from Stormwind to Dalaran appears to be gone.

In the Silver Enclave, where the Alliance portals stood in Wrath of the Lich King, Theresa Wolf casts a spell. What she is conjuring, is not known.

Whether Dalaran changes further before launch on 4 November is not known.
