Seven new class guides and Dalaran quest fixes

The site has seven new class guides: Retribution and Holy Paladin, Beast Mastery and Marksmanship Hunter, Subtlety and Combat Rogue, and a leveling guide for the Shaman. All are in six languages, and every build opens in our talent calculator. The City of Dalaran quests got corrections too.

Paladin

The Retribution Paladin guide covers the level 30 build with Seal of Command, Conviction and Vengeance, the rotation with Judgement and Holy Strike, and Twist of Light, the new last talent that lets you run two seals at once. The Holy Paladin guide explains Holy Shock, Illumination for mana and Light’s Vigil, the only area heal of the spec.

Hunter

Both Hunter guides have a full build for level 60, checked point for point against the talent trees in the game files. The Beast Mastery Hunter plays 31/20/0 with Summon Hawk, a new talent that keeps two hawks on your target. The Marksmanship Hunter plays 5/46/0 with Lone Wolf, 20% more damage without a pet, and Sniper Shot at the bottom of the tree.

Rogue

The Subtlety Rogue guide has two playstyles: Ambush with Cutthroat, which lets you Ambush in combat, and bleeds with Hemorrhage and Thousand Cuts. The Combat Rogue guide explains Hack and Slash, the one talent that replaces every old weapon specialization, with a standard and a dagger build for level 60. Together with the Assassination Rogue, every Rogue spec now has its own guide.

Shaman leveling

The Shaman leveling guide has level 30 builds for Enhancement, Elemental and Restoration, every key level checked against the latest beta data, the totem quests, the three Call of Air weapons and the totems worth dropping.

City of Dalaran quests

The City of Dalaran quests had two mistakes. Starving Arcane is an Alliance quest that needs An Alarming Request from Southshore first, and Dalaran Patrols asks for 8 Elemental Slaves, not 12. The guide tab now also says where the four traitors of Prison Break In stand, that Stone Tokens and Bracers of Binding are optional for the Horde key, and how to find the book, the blossom and the cores inside.
