The Tome of Dalaran stays for another try at Lyn the Ignored

The Tome of Dalaran is not used up when it summons Lyn the Ignored. The book stays in your bags and works again after 3 minutes. A group that wipes on the hidden boss of the City of Dalaran on the WoW Forever beta can call it back almost at once.

How to get the tome and where to use it, was found two days ago. It is in the post about the Tome of Dalaran. In short, it takes three steps.

Three steps

1. Shadowfang Keep. Defeat Archmage Arugal, the last boss of Shadowfang Keep. The Black Tome lies on the table in his room.
2. Ambermill. Use the Black Tome at the Ambermill Leyline Focus, the blue crystal in the town hall of Ambermill in Silverpine Forest, at /way 63.4 64.3. It becomes the Tome of Dalaran.
3. City of Dalaran. Defeat Atrexis the Grave Knight and follow the sewer. Where the ramp on the right leads up out of the sewer, go straight ahead into the tunnel. Use the tome on the purple circle on the floor.

A nod to Ragnaros

Lyn the Ignored does not arrive quietly. After a short scene, the boss asks: “Why am I being summoned now… this feels too soon.” That is a wink at Ragnaros in Molten Core, who roars at Majordomo Executus that he was awakened too soon.

What Lyn the Ignored drops and how the fight works, is still not known. The dungeon is for levels 28 to 33, and the beta stops at level 30. The other bosses are in the City of Dalaran guide.
