Enchanting in TBC Anniversary runs from 300 to 375 on 
Arcane Dust, Planar Essences and Prismatic Shards from disenchanting Outland gear. Learn 
Master Enchanting in Hellfire Peninsula as soon as you arrive. Counts are approximate: a recipe can turn green a few points earlier or later.

The two rods also need a 
Fel Iron Rod and an

Trainers and tips
- Master Enchanting is taught by Johan Barnes in Honor Hold for the Alliance and Felannia in Thrallmar for the Horde.
- Madame Ruby in Shattrath City sells Enchant Shield - Major Stamina and Superior Wizard Oil in limited supply. Runed Adamantite Rod comes from Vodesiin at Temple of Telhamat for the Alliance and Rungor at Stonebreaker Hold for the Horde.
- Enchant Ring - Spellpower needs Honored with the Keepers of Time and is sold by Alurmi in the Caverns of Time. Ring enchants only work on your own rings.
