Mining leveling guide

Mining in TBC Anniversary runs from 300 to 375 on the veins of Outland. Each ore needs a minimum skill, shown in brackets below, and Fel Iron and Adamantite give skill all the way to 375. Look deep inside caves: many nodes hide at the back.

Trainers and tips

• Master Mining needs character level 50 and 275 skill, and is taught in Hellfire Peninsula by Hurnak Grimmord in Honor Hold for the Alliance and Krugosh in Thrallmar for the Horde.
• Smelting also gives skill: Fel Iron Bar from 300, Adamantite Bar from 325, Hardened Adamantite Bar from 340, Eternium Bar and Felsteel Bar from 350, and Khorium Bar from 375.
• Khorium Veins are rare and appear in place of other nodes. Nagrand has the most Adamantite and is the best place to find Khorium.
• Mining gives Motes of Earth and Fire, which crafters buy in large numbers.
