First Aid leveling guide

Classic EraSkill 1-300Secondary

First Aid is a secondary skill, so every character can learn it next to two main tradeskills. It runs from 1 to 300 on the cloth that humanoid enemies drop, and bandages heal you between fights without food or mana. Counts are approximate: a recipe can turn green a few points earlier or later.

Trainers and tips

  • Apprentice and Journeyman training is available from First Aid trainers in the capitals.
  • Expert First Aid - Under Wraps, from 125, is sold by Deneb Walker in Arathi Highlands for the Alliance and Balai Lok’Wein in Dustwallow Marsh for the Horde. Both also sell the manuals for Heavy Silk Bandage and Mageweave Bandage.
  • Artisan comes from the quest Triage, from 225 and character level 35: Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen in Theramore for the Alliance and Doctor Gregory Victor in Hammerfall for the Horde. Save the critically injured soldiers first, then the badly injured. The doctors then teach Heavy Mageweave, Runecloth and Heavy Runecloth Bandage.
  • Damage interrupts a bandage, and after a bandage you have to wait a minute before the next one.
