First Aid in MoP Classic runs from 525 to 600 on Windwool Cloth, which drops from humanoids all over Pandaria. It costs little, and the bandages help every class between fights. Counts are approximate: a recipe can turn green a few points earlier or later.

Trainers and tips
- Zen Master First Aid is taught by the first aid trainers in the capital cities from character level 80, so you do not have to travel to Pandaria for it. Soraka for the Alliance and Elder Muur for the Horde also teach it in The Jade Forest.
- Heavy Windwool Bandage is taught by the same trainers once you reach 550.
- Keep the Windwool Cloth you loot while leveling from 85 to 90: that alone covers this route.
