First Aid in TBC Anniversary runs from 300 to 375 on Runecloth and Netherweave Cloth. It is the cheapest tradeskill to finish in Outland, and Heavy Netherweave Bandage heals a lot between fights. Counts are approximate: a recipe can turn green a few points earlier or later.

- To pass 300 you need Master First Aid - Doctor in the House, sold by Burko at Temple of Telhamat for the Alliance and Aresella at Falcon Watch for the Horde, both in Hellfire Peninsula.
- The same vendors sell the manuals for Netherweave Bandage and Heavy Netherweave Bandage.
- After a bandage you still have to wait a minute before the next one.
