Fishing leveling guide

Fishing in TBC Anniversary runs from 300 to 375 in the lakes of Outland, and the fish feed the new Outland cooking recipes. Outland waters ask for more skill than your rank alone gives, so bring a pole with a skill bonus and lures.

Trainers and tips

• For Master Fishing, buy and read Master Fishing - The Art of Angling from Juno Dufrain in Zangarmarsh.
• Aim for about 400 fishing skill with pole and lure together, or many fish will get away. An Aquadynamic Fish Attractor helps early, and Bright Baubles later.
• The lake right next to Shattrath City needs much more skill than the rest of Terokkar Forest, so fish elsewhere first.
