Frequently asked questions
Can I switch from one addon to the other while leveling?
Yes. Both read the quests in your quest log and pick up the route from where your character is. Running both at the same time mostly gives two arrows and a cluttered screen.
Are these addons allowed?
Both work through the normal addon interface of World of Warcraft, like any other addon. They show the way and can accept or hand in quests, but they do not play the game for you.
Which one is better for Hardcore?
RestedXP has separate Hardcore routes that avoid risky pulls and dangerous areas. Zygor can be used on Hardcore realms too, but its routes are not built around that mode.
Do I need Questie next to one of them?
No. Both show objectives on their own. Some players still run Questie for the map markers of quests outside the route.
