Inscription è nuova in WotLK Classic, quindi questa guida va da 1 a 450. Macini le erbe in pigmenti, li trasformi in inchiostri e scrivi pergamene e glifi, quindi Herbalism è il compagno naturale. Le quantità sono indicative: una ricetta può diventare verde qualche punto prima o dopo.

La macinatura richiede cinque erbe dello stesso tipo e dà pigmenti. Tutta la pergamena si compra dai venditori di forniture, e i pigmenti rari come il Burnt Pigment sono facoltativi.

Istruttori e consigli
- Inscription da Apprentice ad Artisan si impara in ogni capitale, Master Inscription a Hellfire Peninsula o Shattrath City, e Grand Master Inscription da Professor Pallin a Dalaran per entrambe le fazioni, al livello 65.
- Northrend Inscription Research insegna nuovi glifi maggiori e ha un tempo di recupero giornaliero. Da circa 430 il modo più semplice per salire è usarla ogni giorno e creare i nuovi glifi che insegna.
- I glifi si vendono bene alla casa d’aste, perché tutte le classi li vogliono. Così Inscription è una delle poche professioni che si ripaga mentre la livelli.
