| Item | What is known |
|---|---|
 Head of Varrox Bleakhoof |
A quest item, so a quest to kill the boss is likely. |
 Blackmaw Ritual Totem |
A quest item. |
 Blackmaw Pouch |
Gathered for the Blackmaw furbolgs of Ursolan in Azshara, to earn their trust. |
 Severed Legashi Horn |
Gathered for the Blackmaw furbolgs, to earn their trust. |
Earning their trust points to a reputation with the Blackmaw, but that is not confirmed.
