Getting there
Shaper’s Terrace is a new dungeon for World of Warcraft: Forever, for levels 58 to 60, in Un’Goro Crater. The entrance is on a hill above Marshal’s Refuge in the north of the crater, at /way 48.1 6.1.
The story
Shaper’s Terrace is an old titan facility. Dinosaurs live there now, alongside a few titan constructs, between tar pits and crystals.
The layout
Most of the dungeon is one large open area. A path leads through a tar pit to the central structure, the Pillar of Assimilation. On the east side runs a cave tunnel full of crystals. A path along the north leads to a titan building and then to an area with waterfalls. There, behind a closed gate, a raid portal hides, found on the beta, see this post.
The power crystals
Blizzard says the power crystals you gather in Un’Goro Crater work on consoles inside the dungeon: 
Blue Power Crystal, 
Green Power Crystal, 
Red Power Crystal and 
Yellow Power Crystal. What the consoles do is not known yet.
