Entrance. Through the door on the northern wall of the central courtyard of Dire Maul, with the Crescent Key from Dire Maul East.

All five quests start inside Dire Maul North and are open to both factions. Three of them belong to the Tribute Run: A Broken Trap for Guard Slip’kik, The Gordok Ogre Suit for Captain Kromcrush and The Gordok Taste Test after King Gordok. Do not hand in Free Knot! before the suit: Knot Thimblejack leaves afterwards.

A Broken Trap

  1. Pick up. Starts at Broken Trap, Dire Maul, Gordok Commons.
  2. Objective. Repair the Broken Trap on the path of Guard Slip'kik with a Frost Oil and a Thorium Widget.Frost Oil comes from Alchemy, the Thorium Widget from Engineering; both are also on the auction house. The trap freezes Slip'kik for the Tribute Run.
  3. Turn in. To Broken Trap, Dire Maul, Gordok Commons.

The Gordok Ogre Suit

  1. Pick up. From Knot Thimblejack, Dire Maul, Gordok Commons.
  2. Objective. Bring Knot Thimblejack 8 Rugged Leather, 4 Bolts of Runecloth, 2 Rune Thread and an Ogre Tannin.The Ogre Tannin lies in a basket upstairs, past the first ramp. With Leatherworking or Tailoring you need half the materials. The suit fools Captain Kromcrush.
  3. Turn in. To Knot Thimblejack, Dire Maul, Gordok Commons.

  2. Objective. Bring Knot Thimblejack a Gordok Shackle Key. The ogres in the dungeon drop it.Knot leaves after this quest and leaves a cache with crafting materials and sometimes a recipe. Make the Ogre Suit first.
  3. Turn in. To Knot Thimblejack, Dire Maul, Gordok Commons.

  2. Objective. Kill Prince Tortheldrin in Dire Maul West and take the Gauntlet of Gordok Might from the chest behind him.Captain Kromcrush only talks to you in the Ogre Suit or after a Tribute Run. The reward is a choice of gloves.
