Entrance. The crypt on the island of Caer Darrow in the southeast of the Western Plaguelands. The door needs the Skeleton Key.

Barov Family Fortune has a version for each faction. Plagued Hatchlings and Dawn’s Gambit start with Betina Bigglezink at Light’s Hope Chapel. Eva Sarkhoff on Caer Darrow starts a long chain that runs through Scholomance three times, then Stratholme, and ends with The Lich, Ras Frostwhisper.

To open the door you need Skeleton Key. The chain The Key to Scholomance starts for the Alliance at Chillwind Camp and for the Horde at The Bulwark. It does not go inside the dungeon: you burn or clear a camp, light four towers in Andorhal, collect 15 Skeletal Fragments, pay 15 gold to Krinkle Goodsteel in Gadgetzan, forge the key at Fire Plume Ridge in Un’Goro Crater with 2 Thorium Bars, and kill Araj the Summoner in Andorhal with a group.

The follow-up The Last Barov sends you into Horde territory.
